Brexit Could Be Unstoppable!



Britain’s new prime minister, Boris Johnson, and his team are working furiously to fulfill his election promise—bring about Brexit by the end of October (The Telegraph, August 3, 2019)! Johnson’s most senior aid has stated that Brexit is now unstoppable even if it is accomplished with no deal in place—regardless of any future actions made by the British parliament.

Regular Church-Goers Seek More Counsel



A new study published by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research highlighted an interesting finding: Among those who possess a religious affiliation, people who attend church services more regularly are also more likely to seek counsel and advice from their clergy concerning important decisions (APNORC.org, May 2019).

Is the U.S. Strengthening China?



The U.S.-China trade war continues. As China’s largest trading partner, the United States hopes to pressure China into coming to the negotiating table by powerfully impacting its export market, and subsequently its entire economy.
