Question: What do colored eggs and bunny rabbits have to do with Christ's death and resurrection?

Answer: Anyone familiar with biology can quickly recognize that rabbits do not lay eggs! What do those symbols have in common? Rabbits are noted for their reproductive proclivity. Eggs are considered a symbol of fertility.

Question: Scripture describes that Jesus Christ was scourged by Pontius Pilate before His crucifixion (Matthew 27:26; Mark 15:15; John 19:1). Was there any special meaning behind this scourging?

Question: Most professing Christians believe that the saved will go to heaven at death. But they have little or no idea about what they will do in heaven. What does the Bible teach is the reward of the saved?

Answer: The belief in “going to heaven” at death is not only held by most professing Christians. People all over the world, of many religions, cling to a belief in some kind of afterlife—some type of “reward” or blissful afterlife after death.

Question: In Acts 10:9–16, is God giving Christians permission to eat what were previously considered “unclean” meats (as defined in Deuteronomy 14:3–21 and Leviticus 11:1–47)?

Answer: What was the purpose of the vision God gave to the Apostle Peter? Was God showing that He was now making “clean” the meats He had previously said were “unclean”? Or was there a different purpose for this vision?

Question: Christians are supposed to teach Jesus Christ and Him crucified, and that He rose from the dead. Why, then, does your magazine so often quote the books of the Old Testament?
